Par 4 - Index 10
A good drive on this short downhill par 4 is played on a line down the right side of the fairway, just left of the new fairway bunker. The approach shot must be played precisely over the existing lake to a green that has been enlarged back left closer to the water and is guarded by bunkers short left and behind.

Par 4 - Index 4
This dogleg right par 4 plays downhill to a generous landing area that is guarded by an existing creek on the right which is defined by a new bunker. A new back tee has been added and two bunkers on the left have been relocated to show the preferred line and to come into play for long drives. From the fairway, the uphill approach plays to a new green complex that has been lowered to sit more naturally into the land and to better receive longer approach shots.

Par 4 - Index 2
From the existing tee positions, the visibility of the bunkers at the top of the hill has been improved. From the landing area, members will notice that the green has been pulled forward and further away from the 8th fairway, allowing this former extremely short par 5 to now play as a long par 4. Even though approach shots play shorter downhill than the distance would indicate, players need to carefully consider the sloping lie and sea breezes to avoid the existing lake on the left side of the new green.

Par 5 - Index 12
This, the longest par 5 on the course has been lengthened further with the addition of a new back tee. The two right side bunkers have been moved to the inside of the driving zone on this downhill dogleg right. The bunkers on the left between the 1st and 2nd turnpoints have been extended up the hill and are now visible from the second shot. This hole maintains the essence of the original design, including the blind approach to the green from the driving zone.

Par 3 - Index 18
The green complex has been lowered in order to naturalize the natural amphitheatre effect around the back and right of the green. Lowering the green has also allowed it to move left and closer to the existing lake. The sensation of the original deep-faced bunker design on the left remains, but is now more connected to the water’s edge.

Par 4 - Index 16
The tees have been extended back and the green complex brought forward allowing the length of this short par 4 to be maintained and the green to no longer be constrained by the clubhouse. The fairway has also been re-bunkered. This drivable par 4 green can be reached by carrying the new fairway bunker on the left and running up through the fairway approach which is guarded by greenside bunkers left and right.

Par 4 - Index 13
Just a short short walk from the new halfway house, the new upper back tee has slightly lengthened the drive to the landing area. The former two bunkers on the right have been redesigned to guard the inside of this dogleg left par 4 for the lower handicap player, while allowing more room for the higher handicap player on the right. Also a new front tee has been positioned to the right side of the existing tee line, just left of the existing path. The green and surrounding bunkers have been pulled slightly forward to allow for softer slopes surrounding the new green. Selective tree removal and thinning has restored the view of the sea.

Par 3 - Index 15
The 11th hole remains in its former position, with its beautiful aspect looking downhill towards the sea and over the existing lake. The green has been pulled slightly forward and repositioned closer the lake edge with a long bunker guarding the front left side of the green. This loss of length at the green has been offset by the addition of a new back tee. The green side bunkers have been expanded and deepened behind the green to grab balls going long over the green.

Par 5 - Index 9
The back and middle tees on this par 5 hole have been shifted to the right of the creek so that all tees are now on the same side, eliminating the need for the previous fence on the left of the tee. A new target bunker, which comes into play off the tee for the longer hitters, has replaced the two shorter bunkers on the right. Also, two new bunkers define the outside of dogleg at the second turn point. The lake has been expanded and the green complex repositioned to tempt the long hitters to try to reach this short par 5 in two shots, but with increased risk of inaccurate shots finding the water.
