Centro Nacional

The Centro National de Golf presents an 18-hole par 72 course over 6500 meters and a 6-hole Pitch & Putt. The main course adapts to golf players of all levels, from beginners to professionals. We aim to bring golf to the public, offering all available services such as golf academy, physio, pro shop, restaurant, buggy service and playrooms for the kids. A long par 5 with elevated tees. A drive on the left side of the fairway is preferred. Your second shot must be placed with precision being able to attack the various pin-positions. The green is slightly elevated and well protected with bunkers making it difficult for long hitters to reach in two.

A semi long par 4 with OB on the right-hand side. The position of the flag and the undulations short of the green with one deep bunker is forcing the player to be accurate and chosing the wisest way to attack the hole.

A semi long par 3 protected by a huge bunker covering half of the entrance to the green. The elevated tees offer a good view of the hole but be sure to check the wind conditions.

A long par 4 with tees at the same level. A bunker left of the fairway is ready to catch your drive while hills are waiting on the right. Expect a long second shot reaching a large green protected by a bunker on the left side.

One of the most spectacular holes on the course. A semi long par 5 where a drive on the left side of the fairway between the two bunkers is preferred. A lay-up could be a wise choice as the green is well protected by bunkers and a narrow entrance.

The tees of this par 4 are offering spectacular views over the Madrid skyline. Don’t under estimate this hole although it seems short. The green is well protected and must be attacked with precision in order to make a birdie.

The shortest par 3 on the course, but the elevated tee makes the wind a factor. The lake is endangering a shot towards left side of the green. Given the location next to the club house, the “spectator effect” might come in play.

Another par 5 of average length. The tee shot is played uphill with bunkers on the left and right. The second shot is played downhill with visual sight to the green which is being protected by deep bunkers.

A par 4 giving you some rest before playing the 12th hole. The tee shot is played slightly uphill, the right side of the fairway is preferred unless you want to cut some distance on the left side leaving a difficult approach to the green.

One of the highlights of the course. It’s a long par 4 but wide from the tee allowing powerful drives. The second shot will challenge your sense of strategy. The green is defended by a lake on the left. There is a choice of attacking the green directly or using the right side using the contours but avoiding the bunkers. The green is generous with little undulation allowing pin positions close to the lake.

This short uphill par 4 encourage the player to look for the shortest way. The green is well protected by bunkers preventing direct access for the long hitters.

The longest par 3 on the course parallel to the fence of Monte de El Pardo. The green is slightly downwards leaning a little to the left. The green is wide with a gentle slope and is open at the front.

A par 4 of average length but played shorter due to the downhill elevation. The lake on the left side of the fairway and the terrain on the right will complicate your tee-shot. The green is protected by two large and deep bunkers.

This is a par 5 demanding strategy and precision. The lake is dominating the left-hand side of the hole. A lay-up could be wise but will require a longer 3rd shot to a slightly raised and well protected green.

The 17th hole is a long par 3 demanding distance and precision to avoid the lake on the left. The green is fairly wide with minor slopes allowing multiple pin positions with different levels of difficulty.

The last hole is a long par 4 with great views over the hole and the headquarters of the Spanish golf federation. Play conservatively on the left side or try to fly the right bunker and gain distance for a shorter approach. The green is slightly raised and surrounded by a natural amphitheatre.
